The Rossland Senior Warriors will take on the Penticton Silver Bullets for a berth in the Senior Mens AA Coy Cup championship this weekend.
After eliminating the Powell River Regals in two games last month, the Warriors will host the best-of-three series vs the Silver Bullets at the Rossland Arena.
Generally, one independent team is awarded a spot at the Coy Cup tournament, with the host city Quesnel, the winner of the Central Interior Hockey League and the best BC team from the North Peace Hockey League.
The series goes at the Rossland Arena on Friday, March 10 and Saturday March 11 at 7 p.m. Sunday’s match, if necessary, will see the puck drop at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and available at Rossland Beer Co., Rossland Ferraros, Re/Max Rossland and at the door. Kids 8 and under are free. Enjoy a full beer gardens and concession.
