Mary Watkinson (nee Morley)

Mary Watkinson, (nee Morley) passed away peacefully in the Trail hospital on June 12th, 2019 at the age of 93. "Mary, Mary quite contrary" was the loving wife of Richard Watkinson, deceased July 12th, 2009. She is survived by 3 grateful children, Charles (Bev), Kathi (Wayne), and Joanna (Paul). She is cherished by her grandchildren, Clint (Shandra) Jolene, Larry (Christina), Paul Mark, Davin, and 7 greatgrandchildren.
Mary enjoyed many hours supporting the Rossland Thrift Store, entertaining people in various parades, entering masterpieces and prize vegetables or flowers in the fall fair and bringing a ray of sunshine to all she met.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Rossland Legion on Sunday, June 16th from 2 to 4. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
