Betty passed away on March 25, 2021 in Trail, BC. She was born on July 20, 1935 in Vidora, Saskatchewan to Vestal and Thomas Watson. She was one of nine children.
Betty was predeceased by her husband Jack in 1986, daughters Gerry and Terri, brother Gordon, and sisters Dora, Marian, Florence and Birdie.
She is survived by her daughter Mary Lynn (Stan), 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, siblings Bob, Ruth and Edward, sister-in-law Agnes and many nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the United Church in Rossland and was active in the Deborah Rebekah Lodge and the Birthday Club. In her younger years she enjoyed bowling, curling and softball. Betty worked various retail jobs in Rossland over a period of 30 years and was well known in the community by many people of all ages. Her constant smile and friendly personality will be remembered forever.
