Aymie Leanne Roberts born on May 8, 1988 in Fernie BC passed away suddenly on June 5 2007. Aymie is survived by her mother Lisa Roberts (Marty Vincent), her father Kevin Roberts(Shawna Roberts) and her brother Jordan.
She is also survived by her grandparents Larry and Judy Baker and uncle Trevor Baker (Megumi Shimizu). Her grandparents Norm and Pat Roberts and uncle Dave and Auntie Brenda Roberts, aunts Lori and Kari Roberts and her cousins Stacey and Kyle Roberts will all miss Aymie. She is also survived by a very large extended family.
Aymie was predeceased be her Auntie Tanya Baker and her Auntie Wendy Inglis.
Aymie had many, many friends and all who knew her will remember her kindness and her bright smile. Aymie will forever be missed by her boyfriend Mike Riediger of Chilliwack along with his parents Don and Ruth.
Aymie loved spending time with her family and friends. She had many interests which include scrapbooking, drawing, music, movies, collecting hats, and especially shopping.
Aymie was a member of the Fernie Rod and Gun Club and was an active participant in the P.A.R.T.Y program. Aymie’s smile lit up a room and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service was held at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Fernie on June 11, 2007. Honorary pallbearers were Kyle Roberts, Stacey Roberts, Ryan Vincent, Kyle Vincent and Mike Riediger.
