School district makes Rossland Secondary K-9

Last night, School District 20 voted 6-3 in favour of the reconfiguration of Rossland Secondary School into a K-9 institution.

Last night, School District 20 voted 6-3 in favour of the reconfiguration of Rossland Secondary School into a K-9 institution and the closure of MacLean Elementary School.

That means that, barring any intervention by outside forces, namely the City of Rossland, starting in September, students in grades 10-12 will be bussed down to J. Lloyd Crowe Secondary School in Trail.
