Today, at 5 p.m., City of Rossland staff will be addressing concerns and other suggestions on the proposed zoning amendment to the Cooke Avenue School lot.
The proposal would see the lot rezoned to allow multi-housing units.
Cezary Ksiazek Construction Ltd, is asking for the change the zoning as it plans to eventually build 24 affordable housing units on the lot.
The Committee of the Whole meeting will be at city hall at 5 p.m.
