City council will tackle the major matters of municipal government tonight in the next instalment of its regular meeting at 7 p.m. in council chambers.
The meeting will include two delegations, one from Berg Lehmann (city auditor) to present their report to council and provide information and a briefing on the 2012 audit process.
As well, there will be a delegation from Natural Playground to present a plan to build a natural playground at Rossland Secondary School.
Later on there will be a request for council decision and appointment of a “key contact” for the City of
Rossland during the auditor general of Local Government audit process.
