Rossland Mountain Film Festival, in partnership with iF3, is presenting the year’s most captivating mountain biking films this weekend in the second Annual Wheels ‘N Reels event.
Wheels ‘N Reels begins Friday (June 14) and wraps up Sunday.
“Join us on the trails and stay for a lineup of unforgettable screenings and events,” organizers say. “Come for the trails, stay for the films, and be part of the mountain biking community’s most exciting weekend of the year.
“Whether you’re a seasoned rider or new to the sport, Wheels ‘N Reels has something for everyone.”
Opening night is at The Flying Steamshovel, Friday. Show starts at 9 p.m., admission is free.
The main event is at the Rossland Legion Saturday, June 15.
Doors open at 7 p.m.
The highlight of the evening will be iF3’s Mountain Biking Film of the Year; Shires: A British Bicycle Film.
Director Ben Howells will be there accepting an award for his outstanding work.
“The night doesn’t end there,” organizers say. “Groove to electrifying beats from DJ Soulman and Mr. Dirty.”
