Ila, a four-year Westie from Rossland, got a break from the warm weather in Trail’s Jubilee Park on Monday. Accompanying Ila was former Rossland resident Maguerite Blackburn, now from Medicine Hat, who was visiting Ila’s family and dog sitting for the day.
