Bugs (Denmark, Netherlands, France, Germany, 2016, 73 min) – A team from Copenhagen-based Nordic Food Lab, made up of chefs and researchers have been travelling the world to learn what some of the two billion people who already eat insects have to say.

Deconstructing Dinner: Reconstructing Our Food System – Garlic (Canada, 2013, 23min) – From Nelson’s Jon Steinman – the six-episode Deconstructing Dinner series was broadcast on Canadian television between 2013-2015 and will soon appear on Gaia TV – a streaming video-on-demand service based in the USA.
GARLIC EPISODE – Half of the garlic consumed in North America is grown in China and of the garlic grown here, over 90% comes from California. How do this reliance on imported garlic and centralized production impact local economies, farmers and food culture? Garlic is a symbolic marker of how we can all inspire more vibrant food culture in our communities.
