This summer, kids across the province will take to the skies, voyage through space, and follow authors to other worlds.

The Rossland Public Library invites kids to join the fun by joining this year’s BC Summer Reading Club: Up, Up and Away!

The library has activities for children of all ages this summer. The Summer Reading Club gets six to 12 year olds excited about reading.

The Read-to-Me has pre-schoolers and infants sharing and learning with their caregivers. Tuesday Teen Night gives older kids a chance to share and create.

The Summer Reading Club will also be at the Rossland Mountain Market every Thursday afternoon from 3-6 p.m. with stories and crafts for everyone.

Summer Reading Club reaches more than 85,000 BC kids every summer and is sponsored by the British Columbia Library Association, with funding assistance from Libraries and Literacy, Ministry of Education.
