Craig McCallum, Tracy McCallum, Jamie Santano and Al Santano enjoyed last year’s Museum Charity Golf Tournament at Redstone.

With Phase 1 of the Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre’s renovation now complete, the museum moved onto fundraising for Phase 2 with its third annual Charity Golf Tournament.

The tournament will be held Saturday, Aug. 12 at Redstone Resort and starts at 3 p.m. Funds raised will go toward Phase 2, the Mine Experience, which is meant to replace the old Black Bear Mine tour and integrate the museum’s geology collection.

Golfers of any experience level are welcome to participate and golfers can either sign up in teams of four or, if you’re on your own, the organizers can help you form a team.

The play is nine holes, with a prize at each hole, including a $10,000 hole-in-one sponsored by Halls Printing.

Your registration fee includes green fees, door prizes, an al fresco dinner prepared by Chef Jamie, one drink ticket and a donation to the museum.

Fees are $55 for Redstone members, $80 for non-members and $40 if you just want to attend the dinner. The dinner-only fee includes dinner, a donation to the museum and door prizes

To register, contact Redstone Resort at 250-362-9141.
